I am a Goal Setting and Motivation Coach with expertise in helping others gain clarity on their personal strengths and life vision. As a result my clients are able to identify personal and professional goals that are most aligned with their natural talents and passions, resulting in the successful achievement of their goals.
I am genuinely interested in getting to know my clients and supporting them on how to ‘thrive’ as oppose to ‘survive’ throughout the development of their careers and life span. My belief is that life is too short to live a mediocre lifestyle and that we are all capable of realizing our full life potential.
I completed my Master’s of Science Degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Calgary, and am also a Canadian Certified Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association. I have been providing both career and personal coaching/counselling services for over seven years, and also actively provide organizations with consulting services, research and speaking engagements.
I enjoy publishing books in the areas of personal development and writing articles and blogging for the online personal development community. I have worked in both the public and private sectors, and have spent several years designing and delivering career and personal development workshops to social organizations, elementary schools, colleges, universities and corporations.
My goal is to learn more about your unique career, entrepreneurial interests and lifestyle, and to have meaningful conversations that help you realize your goals. I do this by combining assessment-based coaching, strategic exercises and by asking you questions to help you to think outside of the box about your situation. I use evidence-based practices and also customize my sessions to my clients’ needs. We work collaboratively to help you achieve your career goals. I realize that making personal changes and achieving career goals can be a struggle, but my clients always tell me that it is worth it in the end.
